These terms govern your use of the Classic SEO website and services. Classic SEO is a brand operated by Harbor Software LLC ("we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide AI search visibility services, including the AI Shortlist Audit and ongoing retainers (Foundation, Growth, Authority). Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the proposal or statement of work for each engagement.
What we promise, and what we don't
We commit to professional, good-faith work using current best practices. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic volumes, or revenue. Search engines and AI systems are third-party platforms whose behavior changes and varies run to run; outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Any forward-looking statement is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access, approvals, and accurate information needed to perform the work.
- Maintain ownership of and rights to your website, content, and brand assets.
- Implement or approve recommendations where implementation is on your side.
Fees & payment
Fees are stated in USD and billed per the engagement (one-time for the audit, monthly in advance for retainers) through our payment processor. Late or failed payments may pause delivery. See our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated results and methodologies for our own marketing and improvement. We do not publish your name without permission.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may end a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Work delivered up to termination is payable. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Harbor Software LLC's place of registration in the United States.
