We want every engagement to be worth it. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Classic SEO services, operated by Harbor Software LLC and billed through our payment processor. Fees are in USD.
AI Shortlist Snapshot (free)
The Snapshot is free. No payment, nothing to refund.
AI Shortlist Audit (from $750 USD)
- Credited if you continue: if you start a retainer within 30 days of receiving your audit, the full audit fee is credited against your first month. In effect, the audit becomes free.
- Satisfaction window: the audit is a custom research deliverable. If it does not meet the scope we agreed, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will revise it. If we still cannot make it right, we will refund the audit fee.
- Because the audit is bespoke work delivered on completion, it is otherwise non-refundable once delivered.
Monthly retainers (Foundation / Growth / Authority)
- Billed monthly in advance. Each month covers that month's work.
- Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. No long-term lock-in.
- Once work on a billing month has begun, that month is non-refundable (it pays for labor and third-party costs already committed), but you will not be charged for any month after your notice period.
- If we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope in a month, contact us and we will make it right with additional work or a fair credit.
What refunds cannot cover
We cannot refund based on search-engine or AI-platform outcomes (rankings, citations, traffic), because those depend on third-party systems outside our control. We sell the work and the method, measured honestly, not guaranteed results.
How to request
Email hello@classicseo.com with your invoice details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
